Its principal is Douglas Turner who has more than 20 years experience of raising funds for the not-for-profit sector. He is a full member of the Institute of Fundraising and has raised significant funds for a variety of clients.
He has extensive experience in all the communication disciplines and has worked with charities on public relations and profile raising campaigns. He has also worked with organisations on re-branding and change of corporate identity including the re-launch of the RSPCC as Children 1st. He is a full member of the Institute of Fundraising.

Her particular skill lies in the field of recruitment ensuring the selection of ”the right people for the job”, then ensuring client objectives are met through performance management.
She was responsible for managing a team of sales executives through the merger of Van den Burgh Foods with Bestfoods to become Unilever Bestfoods. Gill has also worked extensively with the voluntary sector and is particularly experienced in recruiting and managing volunteers and running events.
Her experience gives her the ability to relate to volunteers from all backgrounds and with various abilities.

Jan is also a qualified homeopath and runs courses on self care and health issues. She believes it is essential that training is as interactive and experiential as possible.
Jan delivered a weekend seminar for the Scottish Executive on evaluation and feedback and the seminar was described by participants as “excellent”, “the best ever” and “hard to follow”.

He has helped run a small tourism business and was for several years chief executive of a Scottish charitable trust involved in heritage and environmental conservation and the promotion of good stewardship through educational and cultural programmes.
He currently serves on the boards of a number of charitable and voluntary organisations.
His particular interests are architecture, arts & music, education, health and promoting social enterprises. Through his varied background and network of contacts, he offers a combination of skills in fundraising, events management, business planning and public relations, and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Fundraising.

Gill also delivers personal development courses working with individuals and groups in the commercial and voluntary sector. She has a considerable track record in event management and significant experience in raising funds from European programmes and the management of international partnership and European Social Fund projects.
She has an extensive international network of contacts to offer clients seeking to develop funding and opportunities for collaboration. She has worked on education and training projects involving countries from Europe, America, the Middle East and Asia.
